What is the Paleo diet?
The Paleo diet is a prehistoric plan of eating whole foods humans gather by hunting. The diet includes fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, oils, and lean meats, especially fish. The paleo diet does not include all grains (Wheat, Oats, Barley, Rice, Quinoa), legumes, dairy products, refined sugars, and processed foods. This pattern of eating improves energy levels, boosts immunity, aids in the reduction of weight, metabolizes blood sugar levels, and minimizes the risks of many diseases.
