How to cook almond flour pizza dough — Today we will bake keto pizza! This recipe will help you out when you really want pizza, or when a group of friends are going to you.


Keto pizza crust recipe, base:

  • Almond flour — 120 gr.
  • Coconut flour — 70 gr.
  • Psyllium — 3 tbsp
  • Dried garlic — 1 tsp
  • Salt — 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs — 3 pcs.
  • Water — 240 ml temperature 30 gr

Keto pizza, toppings:

  • Cod liver — 1 jar (180 gr.)
  • Brisket — 100 gr
  • Homemade Ketchup — 40 gr
  • Homemade Mayonnaise — 40 gr
  • Greenery for decoration.

How to cook low carb pizza crust recipe step by step

  1. To make the base for pizza, I changed some ingredients so that the dough was not brittle, I added eggs. Let’s start by mixing the dry ingredients: mix 120 grams of almond flour with 70 grams of coconut flour, add three tablespoons of psyllium, 1 teaspoon of dried garlic and half a teaspoon of salt. Now we introduce 3 large eggs and mix first. Add 1 cup of warm water, the water should not be hot, otherwise the eggs will curl. We knead the dough, at the beginning after adding water it will be liquid, after the psyllium swells the dough will thicken and will not stick to your hands.

2. Put it on a sheet of baking paper, cover with a second sheet. We roll out the dough about one and a half to two centimeters in thickness, we try to make the circle as even as possible. Now we form the sides, if you see that somewhere the layer of dough is thin, you can remove the excess from the sides and add it. We bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, if you have a convection function in the oven, be sure to turn it on. After the pizza base is baked, let it cool down a bit before we lay out the toppings. And while my pizza base is cooling, I’ll show you which cod liver I bought. 3. It does not have a bitter aftertaste of fish, so we will take it. Drain all the liquid from the jar and dry the cod liver on a paper towel, finely chop. We prepare the remaining filling: I have 100 grams of brisket, homemade ketchup and mayonnaise 40 grams each, cheese for sprinkling, although you can do without it, greens to taste.

4. Of course, in order to get this taste so familiar to us, the pizza base must first be smeared with ketchup and then mayonnaise.
