Keto Garlic Bread — Cook at Home

Keto garlic bread with almond flour cheese. With marinara to dip in. But I want to say that this is not just bread made from almond flour. It has cream cheese inside, hard cheese, eggs. It’s almost a complete meal. So, if you love garlic bread and are ready to top it with a whole bowl of marinara just instead of dinner, with this recipe it is possible.



  • 170 g of almond flour;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 0.5 tsp ground garlic;
  • 600 ml of melted mozzarella.

garlic butter:

  • 60 gr of butter;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 30 gr. fresh parsley.

How to cook Keto garlic bread with almond flour recipe step by step

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, eggs, garlic. Add melted mozzarella, knead the dough until smooth. Mix Parmesan with Italian herbs. Grease a skillet or saucepan with olive oil or butter. Spread the Italian herb and Parmesan mixture on the kitchen surface.

2. Divide the dough into 5 balls. Roll the balls in the parmesan and herb mixture and place in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

3. Garlic Butter: Melt the butter and mix the ingredients. Brush the bread with garlic butter. And now you can try and enjoy the taste of Keto Garlic Bread with Cheese knowing that it is completely keto compatible!
