  1. Ramen wheat noodles — 250 gr

  5. Green peas — 100 gr
  6. Ginger (root) — 2-3 cm
  7. Sesame (white and black) — 2 tsp each
  8. Green onion — a few feathers
  9. Seaweed nori — 1 sheet
  10. Soy sauce — 50 ml
  11. Sesame oil — 1-2 tbsp
  12. Carrot — 1 pc.
  13. Onion — 1 pc.
  14. Garlic — 2 cloves
  15. Salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste
  16. Microgreens for decoration

How to cook Japanese ramen recipe step by step

  1. Boil the broth, for this: Rinse and clean the shrimps. Fill the heads and shells with water (set the meat with tails aside).
